oh yeah that's real. it's all burn victims, acid attack victims, shotgun injuries, birth defects, and a leper. i'm fascinated with that shit. aren't i nuts? the dude on the bottom with the bandage on his head's name is james vance. him and his buddy were both gonna commit suicide by shotgun blast to the face. his friend died instantly, but not james. they did it because of a judas priest album that supposedly contained subliminal messages talking about suicide. it was a big deal back in the 80s. James then died a few years later by over dosing on painkillers. how ironic.

I know the kid who looks like a luchador mask that's called harlequin ichthyosis. I saw a thing I think on discovery health. It's basically always fatal. One person I think ever has survived to adulthood, and she's a sports coaching major at some ivy league school. It's a creepy ass disease.
